Christopher Bateh is a partner in the Jacksonville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His practice focuses on insurance defense, first party property claims under commercial and homeowner policies stemming from insurance coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and the application of policy exclusion arising from a variety of insurance products including general liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and construction defect litigation.
Prior to joining QPWB, he was an assistant state attorney at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Office of the State Attorney in Jacksonville where he gained significant criminal trial experience prosecuting a variety of felony and misdemeanor crimes achieving approximately 30 jury trials to verdict and serving as lead counsel in over 15 jury trials.
Mr. Bateh earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 2012 with a major in finance.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
