Christopher Choi is a partner in the San Francisco Bay office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Choi is a seasoned civil litigator who brings extensive experience defending healthcare providers, corporate entities, and insureds in high-stakes disputes. He centers his practice on elder abuse and neglect defense, medical malpractice, general liability, personal injury, and healthcare litigation matters.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Choi spent nearly a decade at a national defense firm, ascending from an associate attorney to partner. In that role, he managed a concurrent docket of complex elder abuse and medical malpractice cases, often involving intricate corporate components and high-stakes exposures. He is highly proficient in steering all day-to-day operations of litigation lifecycle management, reporting directly to corporate clients and insurance claims adjusters, and supervising junior associate attorneys. A strategic advocate in the courtroom, Mr. Choi's trial and arbitration experience includes securing a notable defense verdict as second-chair counsel in a medical malpractice trial.
