Chris Iaria is a partner in the firm's Business, Financial Services & Real Estate Division in Chicago, Illinois. With extensive experience representing banking and servicing clients, he excels in a diverse range of cases, including contested and uncontested foreclosures, default servicing, and defense work for FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and UDAAP cases.  

Having conducted numerous depositions, over 50 defense and lead, and presiding over multiple trials, such as a three-day TILA rescission trial, Mr. Iaria is a seasoned litigator who brings extensive experience to his practice. Before joining QPWB, he served as the managing attorney for a prominent Illinois law firm, where he successfully guided clients through mortgage and financial service matters.  

As a highly sought-after presenter, he actively designs and delivers industry-related training and education programs, aiming to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially concerning servicing issues and practical approaches to resolve complex problems. Clients benefit from his valuable insights on various financial and mortgage related topics, as he conducts these informative sessions both on-site and via webinars.

In 2009, he earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2004.

Mr. Iaria is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Michigan, and is admitted to the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
