Having conducted numerous depositions, over 50 defense and lead, and presiding over multiple trials, such as a three-day TILA rescission trial, Mr. Iaria is a seasoned litigator who brings extensive experience to his practice. Before joining QPWB, he served as the managing attorney for a prominent Illinois law firm, where he successfully guided clients through mortgage and financial service matters.
As a highly sought-after presenter, he actively designs and delivers industry-related training and education programs, aiming to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially concerning servicing issues and practical approaches to resolve complex problems.
