Claudia Marrero is an associate in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing her practice on insurance defense litigation, including matters involving medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, premises liability, general liability defense, insurance defense, professional malpractice, automobile negligence, and preparation and review of commercial leases. Ms. Marrero handles case files from inception through resolution while maintaining close collaboration with adjusters, insureds, and opposing counsel. She gained extensive experience supporting the defense of complex insurance cases and negotiating settlements in both pre-trial and litigation stages. In 2021, Ms. Marrero obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami. During law school, she served as the Vice President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and received several honors, including the Dean's List and a Pro Bono Commendation Award. Before attending law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Relations from Florida International University.
