Mr. Gagnon represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through mediation, trial, and appeal. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with particular experience in defending healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living centers against claims of negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Mr. Gagnon served as a civil litigator handling a broad spectrum of matters, including personal injury, eviction defense, and protective orders before joining QPWB.
