Dalia Malaeb is an associate in the Tampa Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Malaeb primarily handles cases involving personal injury and civil litigation, where she provides detailed case analysis, prepares comprehensive pleadings, and assists in all stages of trial preparation. Ms. Malaeb brings both compassion and precision to her advocacy, ensuring that every client receives clear communication and a strategic path forward.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Malaeb built significant experience in providing support to litigation teams in complex injury and liability matters. Her background includes drafting discovery and settlement demands, coordinating with medical experts, and organizing exhibits for mediation and trial. Having this foundation gives her a deep understanding of case management from both procedural and human perspectives, skills she now applies to her own practice with a focus on efficiency, empathy, and results.
Ms. Malaeb graduated from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she was honored with an Academic Merit Scholarship and placed among the Top 32 in the Legal Research and Writing II Oral Argument Competition. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a discipline that continues to inform her ability to connect with clients, understand their experiences, and communicate effectively in sensitive or high-stakes cases.
Fluent in Arabic, Ms. Malaeb brings a multicultural perspective to her work and values inclusivity in client representation. She licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is an active volunteered with the Orange County Bar Association's Pro Bono Legal Services.
