Dalton E. When handling intellectual property matters, Mr. Clouser skillfully manages the submission of trademark applications with the USPTO and assumes a critical role in general counsel meetings related to LLC operating agreements and business ventures. He is a proactive litigation attorney, actively participating in mediations, depositions, and hearings, particularly in cases associated with construction defects, premises liability, and personal injury. His resolute dedication to securing positive resolutions remains consistent.
What sets Mr. Clouser apart is his background in sports and entertainment law. Within QPWB, he excelled and refined his practice in the Transactional, Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the Sports & Entertainment Group. Previously, he played a vital role in the administration and operations of Penn State Football and the Pittsburgh Steelers. In this capacity, he executed initial operations for a workforce of over 200 personnel and adeptly managed the team database. Additionally, he oversaw the daily schedule of the football program. Mr. Clouser is a certified agent with the Major League Baseball Players Assocation.
Mr. Clouser earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, where he had a position on the Law Review Executive Board and graduated both summa cum laude and Salutatorian. In 2017, he embarked on his educational journey at Mount St. Mary's University where he majored in business management, and played baseball as a Division-I student-athlete. Mr. Clouser later transferred to Pennsylvania State University, College of The Liberal Arts, where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in 2019, in communication arts and sciences.
