Daniel B. Robinson is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in navigating business and insurance coverage disputes, as well as a range of commercial and complex litigation matters. With a focus on defending clients, Mr. Robinson skillfully represents carriers and their insureds throughout all phases of litigation.
Mr. Robinson has represented clients in premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, intentional torts, professional liability, and insurance coverage matters. His expertise spans first- and third-party property claims, along with PIP cases in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Robinson demonstrated his remarkable capabilities by developing and maintaining a portable book of business, servicing Fortune 500 and international insurance companies, while successfully managing up to 80 open cases. Mr. Robinson's diverse background also includes drafting memoranda on various criminal law issues during his time in the felony division of the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.
Mr. Robinson earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. In May of 2019, he received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Mr. Robinson further demonstrates his commitment to the legal community through his recent appointment to the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyer's Section of the Miami-Dade Bar Association for the 2023-2024 term.
