Daniel R. Richardson is a partner in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Specializing in defending employers in all aspects of workers' compensation, Mr. Richardson has extensive experience negotiating and mediating claims to successful resolution.
Throughout the state of Georgia, Mr. Richardson represents school districts; insurance companies; industrial companies specializing in flooring, roofing, and automobile manufacture; and several small businesses. Before joining QPWB, Mr. Richardson served as a trial attorney in the District Attorney's office in Coweta County, where he successfully tried several jury trials and defended verdicts through appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.
After graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2010, Mr. Richardson went on to gain his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University in 2016, graduating magna cum laude.
Licensed to practice law in Georgia, Mr. Richardson is admitted to the Georgia Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals,
