Daniel E. Siff is a partner in the New York office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Siff focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability, general liability tort defense, medicolegal issues, and municipal liabilities. Mr. Siff represents clients in state and federal courts, in arbitration, appeals, and mediation.

Before joining QPWB, and for approximately 27 years, Mr. Siff was a name partner of Ledy-Gurren, Bass & Siff LLP, an "AV" rated boutique, litigation and minority owned law firm in New York City and White Plains, New York, where he served as Managing Partner and was responsible for personal injury defense matters, handling all aspects of defense of personal injury cases including premises liability, labor law claims and large scale vehicular accidents. Previously, and for approximately 25 years, he directed the management and supervision of a national, AM Law ranked law firm in New York City, where he began as an associate trial litigation attorney in 1970.

Mr. Siff received an LL.B. degree (Juris Doctor) from New York Law School in 1965 and a Bachelor of Science from Columbia College, New York in 1962.

He is licensed to practice law in New York and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
