Darryl S. Beckman is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in complex commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on areas such as construction defect, premises liability, arbitration, mediation, and trial advocacy. His expertise includes risk management and thorough claim analysis, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their legal matters.

With a distinguished practice, Mr. Beckman has held various senior positions, including Managing Partner in his previous private practice. In this role, he directly managed firm operations and served as outside General Counsel for corporate clients, focusing on labor and employment law, medical malpractice, and more.

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Beckman served as a Business Unit Leader at a Tampa-based law firm, where he oversaw complex commercial and civil litigation matters. His responsibilities included managing diverse cases spanning construction defects, premises liability, automobile, security, first-party property, and technology-related issues. He excelled in risk management strategies, early case resolution, and contract negotiations.

Mr. Beckman earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from Rutgers University School of Law in 1987 and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Management from Pennsylvania State University in 1983, emphasizing Organizational Behavior.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Mr. Beckman is admitted to several federal courts, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
