David Fernandez-Bravo is associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He is an experienced litigation attorney with a focused background in managing voluminous and diverse caseloads encompassing a wide range of insurance-related claims. His practice focuses on general litigation, insurance defense, sports and entertainment, personal injury, property damage, and liability defense.
Mr. Fernandez-Bravo has extensive experience in motion practice, case analysis, and the execution of complex discovery strategies. Throughout his career, he has established a record of developing comprehensive legal strategies that result in favorable outcomes, including numerous settlements, dismissals, and successful verdicts in high-stakes proceedings.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Fernandez-Bravo possesses a strong foundation in business and financial analysis. Prior to his legal career, he served as a financial accountant, where he prepared cash flow reports and analyzed general ledgers for executive review. This unique analytical background, combined with his experience in alternative dispute resolution forums, allows him to approach risk management and settlement negotiations with a highly adaptable and strategic perspective.
In 2019, Mr. Fernandez-Bravo earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and captain of the NBA Negotiations Competition team. He also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Messiah University. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Mr. Fernandez-Bravo is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
