With over 20 years of business planning and entrepreneurial experience, he concentrates his practice on real estate, business development, commercial transactions and estate planning. Known for his well-rounded and practical approach, Mr. Murphy applies his knowledge across various industries to analyze challenges from multiple perspectives. Before joining QPWB, Mr. Murphy founded The Law Offices of Murphy & Associates, PLLC, a firm dedicated to offering legal services in a more personal and innovative manner. During this time, he earned a reputation for his accessibility, direct approach, and ability to alleviate client concerns through clear counsel and a supportive environment. His proactive approach encourages clients to address even seemingly minor legal issues before they escalate, leading to smooth transitions, minimized risks, and successful client outcomes. Mr. Murphy attended South Texas College of Law to earn his Juris Doctor and refined his skills across different areas of law. Licensed to practice in Texas and Idaho, he maintains active memberships in the Texas and Idaho Real Estate and Estate Planning section of the Bar and the Chambers of Commerce for both Tomball, Texas and Meridian, Idaho. Beyond his practice, he serves on the board of directors for Community Business Finance, an SBA Certified Development Corporation; Texas Tarpon Collective, a Texas Nonprofit focused on protecting Texas Gulf Coast fisheries; and Inspired Leaders, a Texas Nonprofit focused developing and supporting entrepreneurs throughout the Gulf Coast Region, and he finds balance through quality time with family who provide him joy and a meaningful perspective on life.
