David Schlosser is an associate in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. His experience spans personal injury defense, medical malpractice, automotive and trucking liability, and premises liability.
Mr. Schlosser has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and individuals in complex litigation matters. He has conducted and defended depositions of parties, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses. He has also prepared case evaluations, researched, and argued dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
While serving as an associate attorney with a national defense firm before joining QPWB, Mr. Schlosser defended clients in auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice claims. Earlier in his career, he worked with firms handling domestic relations, estate planning, business transactions, and criminal defense. As an assistant solicitor in South Carolina, he represented the State in DUI and General Sessions court proceedings, gaining valuable trial experience.
In 2016, Mr. Schlosser obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Louisville in 2013.
Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, Mr. Schlosser is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
