Deborah Beauvil is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she focuses her practice on first-party property claims and civil litigation, including administrative law, appellate law, automotive liability, commercial liability, general litigation, insurance and insurers, negligent security, personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, property damage, regulatory and compliance services, retail and hospitality, and wrongful death. With a diverse background in legal experience, Ms. Beauvil brings a unique perspective and knowledge to her practice.

During her time as a Law Clerk at a prominent South Florida law firm, Ms. Beauvil gained valuable experience in first-party property litigation. She played a vital role in responding to civil complaints, drafting answers and affirmative defenses, as well as motions to dismiss. She actively participated in discovery processes, preparing and responding to requests for admissions, requests for production, and interrogatories. She also contributed to trial preparation by drafting various documents, such as motions in limine, witness lists, and motions for summary judgment.

Ms. Beauvil's commitment to community involvement is evident through her pro bono work as a Pro Bono Advocate at Legal Service of North Florida, where she provided legal advice to low-income individuals on various legal matters. She also served as a Mentor for the Bridge to Graduate School program at Florida State University, assisting undergraduates in preparing for graduate school.

In 2022, Ms. Beauvil earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. Prior to her legal studies, she graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2018.
