Devin R. Horowitz is an associate in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in personal injury and complex liability matters throughout Georgia. With a decade of litigation experience, he handles cases from pre-suit investigation through trial, including catastrophic commercial vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, negligent entrustment, and motor vehicle liability matters. Mr. Horowitz works closely with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and expert witnesses to develop strong case strategies aimed at efficient resolutions and successful jury outcomes.
Throughout his career, Mr. Horowitz has managed a high-volume caseload across all phases of litigation, conducting hundreds of depositions, preparing matters for mediation and trial, and drafting dispositive motions, discovery, and settlement demands. In 2017, Mr. Horowitz earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where he ranked in the top 10 percent of his class and served as a law journal editor. He also holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Information Technology, with a concentration in healthcare IT and information security, from Southern Polytechnic State University.
