Dylan S. Hilliman is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he represents clients in insurance defense, civil litigation, and personal injury protection (PIP) claims. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Hilliman is a Certified County Mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida, giving him valuable insight into alternative dispute resolution strategies.
With experience managing cases from pre-suit through trial preparation, Mr. Hilliman has handled a diverse caseload, including complex litigation matters involving premises liability, contract disputes, and insurance defense. He has conducted research on a variety of issues, drafted pleadings and motions, negotiated settlements, and represented clients in mediations and depositions. His ability to assess risk and advocate effectively has allowed him to consistently meet client objectives and navigate challenging disputes.
In 2021, Mr. Hilliman earned his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he was an active member of the FAMU Criminal Law Society and served as Director of Alumni Relations for the National Black Law Students Association. His academic achievements include receiving the LexisNexis Practice-Ready Certification, further demonstrating his proficiency in research and case management.
Before law school, Mr. Hilliman earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Indian River State College. His background in health care management provides him with a unique perspective in cases involving medical claims, insurance disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Hilliman is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is a member of the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association and remains committed to professional development and community engagement.
