In addition to her public sector experience, Ms. Ramos also served as in-house counsel for a construction company, where she managed corporate governance matters and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

Before joining QPWB, Ms. Ramos served as the Assistant General Counsel in the Emergency Action Unit at the Florida Department of Health Prosecution Services and the Assistant State Attorney in Florida's 3rd Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office. In these roles, her leadership and collaborative approach were instrumental in fostering effective partnerships with law enforcement agencies and state entities like the Department of Juvenile Justice.
