Elizabeth M. Guariglia is an associate attorney based in the New York office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her practice spans a diverse array of legal areas, with a primary focus on labor and employment matters, intellectual property, internet law, contract disputes, civil litigation, and various aspects of commercial law. She has notable experience in handling cases related to negligent security, product liability, premises liability, property damage, retail and hospitality, and wrongful death. 

In her role, Ms. Guariglia manages all phases of the litigation process, from plaintiff trial preparation to drafting demand letters, summarizing expert reports, and crafting cross-examination outlines. Her expertise particularly shines in trademark litigation, where she navigates complex issues such as international trademark filings, trademark expungement, certification marks, color marks, and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Additionally, she has skillfully handled USPTO ethics violations, organized TTAB discovery, and drafted comprehensive website terms and conditions for clients. 

Ms. Guariglia holds a Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University, where she dual majored in English and French Studies.  

She is licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
