Emanuel K. Caros is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Caros focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, intellectual property rights, and collections, as well as complex personal injury litigation, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death matters.
Prior to joining QPWB's Los Angeles office and for over a decade, Mr. Caros practiced throughout the State of Florida, representing corporate and governmental entities in contractual disputes associated with property insurance litigation and coverage issues.
Mr. Caros received his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law in 2012, and his Bachelor of Science in 2009 from Florida State University.
He is licensed to practice law in California and Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Caros is fluent in Greek and has working proficiency in Spanish.
