Emily Espinosa is an associate in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Beginning her journey with QPWB as a law clerk, Ms. Espinosa gained hands-on experience with case preparation, discovery, and client communications, enabling her to focus her practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, and matters involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, tax law and corporate compliance.
With a foundation rooted in litigation, Ms. Espinosa has contributed to projects involving labor and employment law, joint employment analysis, and international trade. She has experience drafting legal documents, preparing discovery, and coordinating court filings.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami, graduating in just two years with academic honors.
