Eric Steinmann is an associate in the Salt Lake City hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on civil litigation defense with a focus on construction defects, commercial litigation, premises liability, and products liability. His litigation experience spans both Utah and Arizona, where he is licensed to practice, and includes representing a diverse range of clients across high-stakes, multi-party disputes.
Bringing a results-driven approach rooted in hands-on litigation experience, Mr. Steinmann has conducted and defended depositions, performed site inspections, drafted and argued motions for summary judgment, and prepared comprehensive case analyses. His background includes working on both defense and plaintiff matters, offering him a unique lens into all stages of litigation strategy, from initial pleadings and discovery to mediation and settlement negotiations.
Before joining QPWB, Mr. Steinmann developed his litigation acumen at several regional firms, gaining extensive experience handling construction claims, commercial contract disputes, and insurance-related matters. His time as a legal extern with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the Maricopa County Superior Court further shaped his understanding of trial preparation, evidentiary standards, and the intersection of civil and criminal law.
Mr. Steinmann earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was active in the Corporate and Business Law Society and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah and is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, reflecting his foundation in business and financial analysis.
