Esther N. Mukiama is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She specializes in insurance defense litigation, covering a broad spectrum of legal areas including personal injury defense, general liability, appellate law, and real estate transactions.
Ms. Mukiama collaborates closely with insurance representatives, conducting thorough legal research and drafting various motions such as motions to dismiss, compel, strike, and for summary judgment. Her expertise extends to citing pertinent case law and crafting compelling arguments. Additionally, she conducts in-depth statutory and case law research on Florida and Federal consumer rights laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University in May 2007 and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2021.
Ms. Mukiama is licensed to practice law in Florida and holds a license as a Real Estate Sales Associate.
