Ethan F. Johnson is an associate in the Louisville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Johnson focuses his practice on insurance defense and general liability providing defense for a myriad of property and personal injury claims for both businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured. His practice is also emphasized in the areas of construction defect and long-term care litigation and also includes premises liability and negligent security claims, automotive liability, and slip/trip-and-fall claims. Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Johnson was a civil litigation associate with an insurance defense law firm in Lexington, Kentucky. His background in governmental law includes serving as legal counsel for the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control; executive advisor to the Public Protection Cabinet, Frankfort, Kentucky; and staff attorney with the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Fayette County Family Court. Mr. Johnson received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in American History from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 2012, he is a member of the West Point Association of Graduates, Central Kentucky Chapter. Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is also a member of the Fayette County Bar Association.
