Eva Ivanova is an associate in the Salt Lake City office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Ivanova's practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation defense matters, with a focus on construction-related disputes, healthcare defense, and complex insurance coverage issues. She routinely handles cases involving general liability, property damage, automotive liability, workers' compensation defense, and claims tied to employment practices, professional liability, and umbrella policies. With a background allowing her to effectively evaluate risk, Ms. Ivanova develops strategic solutions for clients across a variety of sectors, including real estate development, technology, education, and manufacturing.
Ms. Ivanova served as a Claims Consultant managing a diverse portfolio of clients across key industries, where she was the lead liaison on coverage evaluations, claim denials, and appeals. She also has experience in content development for insurance law firms and tech-forward roles in the Insurtech space, including cyber insurance and commercial insurance product development. Her legal marketing and regulatory research background includes authoring industry-specific content and constructing 50-state surveys on complex insurance topics.
Graduating cum laude from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, Ms. Ivanova earned her Juris Doctor in the top 20% of her class and obtained a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. Licensed to practice law in Utah, Ms. Ivanova is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and holds a Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC). She is a dual U.S. and Bulgarian citizen and is proficient in several languages, including Bulgarian and Turkish.
