Exandra B. Gaytan is an associate in the Orlando Office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., with a practice that consists of civil litigation, automotive liability, and property insurance defense. Ms. Gaytan drafts case status reports for insurance adjusters, as well as Court pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, memorandums in opposition, discovery, and trial documents. She also attends hearings, pre-trial conferences, and conducts depositions of named parties, witnesses, police officers, and experts.

Ms. Gaytan graduated from Pitt Law with a concentration in civil litigation. She was awarded distinctions in pro bono service, leadership, and trial advocacy. Before law school, she attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a second major in Sociology and a minor in Women’s Studies. Upon graduation, she was awarded the University President’s Impact Award for Pursuit of Excellence.
