Frank C. Bozeman, III is managing partner of the Pensacola and Panama City offices of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Bozeman has focused his litigation practice on the defense of Employers and Carriers in workers' compensation matters throughout North Florida. He currently has pending matters in Pensacola, Panama City, Tallahassee and Jacksonville.

Mr. Bozeman also represents lenders in the documentation of loans secured by real estate and has an active practice involving the disposition of property through the foreclosure process. Mr. Bozeman also appears in Federal Bankruptcy Court in Florida and Alabama.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Bozeman was a shareholder in the law firm of Bozeman, Jenkins and Matthews, P.A. in Pensacola, Florida. Mr. Bozeman represented lenders, insurance companies and businesses from Pensacola to Jacksonville in regard to all different types of civil trial matters.  Mr. Bozeman is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and handles mediations in workers' compensation matters, foreclosure matters and other civil trial matters.

Mr. Bozeman received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee in 1986 where he was a member of the Order of the Gownsmen.

Mr. Bozeman is licensed to practice in Florida and Alabama. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation section of The Florida Bar. He is also admitted in Florida to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in all State and Appellate Courts in Alabama.
