Fred Ellison Jr. is an associate in the Chicago office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Ellison's primary areas of specialization are personal injury and workers' compensation defense. His diverse skill set also encompasses nursing home litigation, civil litigation, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice defense, automotive liability, and insurance claims.
Mr. Ellison is deeply involved in every stage of his cases, from initial intake to trial and the appeal process. Prior to joining QPWB, he successfully managed a substantial caseload of Illinois Workers' Compensation Act (IWCA) and personal injury cases across Cook, DuPage, Kane, and Will County. His courtroom experience includes personally trying cases before Arbitrators and advocating before Commissioners of the IWCA. Moreover, he excels in discovery depositions, trial preparation, and skillful cross-examination of witnesses.
A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Mr. Ellison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2014. He furthered his education at the University of Chicago John Marshall Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2020.
