Geneka L. Holyfield is an attorney in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, financial services law, and consumer protection defense. With over a decade of experience, she has managed complex disputes involving federal and state regulatory compliance, unfair business practices, and general liability. Her dual background in law and social work brings a unique blend of precision and empathy to her advocacy.

Before joining QPWB, Ms. Holyfield served as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she provided legal counsel on the SBA's disaster loan program. She advised on statutory and regulatory compliance, assessed borrower eligibility in complex cases, and supported internal teams with policy interpretation and technical guidance.

Ms. Holyfield began her legal career at prominent private firms, where she gained deep experience representing financial institutions and service providers. Her work included defending claims under RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and FDCPA, handling trade secret and mortgage technology disputes, and managing premises and product liability cases. She has conducted depositions, negotiated settlements, and overseen all phases of litigation, from initial investigation to trial preparation.

Ms. Holyfield earned both her Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. While in law school, she served as Publications Editor of the Midwest Law & Policy Journal, was named the 2014 CLEA Outstanding Student of the Year, and received the Scholar in Law Award. She also worked as a research assistant focusing on economic and tax policy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Georgia State University.

Licensed to practice in Georgia, Illinois, and Missouri, Ms. Holyfield is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
