Gerald N. Swartz is an associate in the New York office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With decades of experience in high-stakes litigation, he represents clients through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial case assessment and discovery through trial and the appellate process. His practice focuses on the trial defense of personal injury and property damage claims involving premises liability, products liability, major industrial and construction accidents, and complex elevator and escalator litigation.
Mr. Swartz's professional background is supported by a strong foundation in engineering principles, which provides a unique analytical lens when evaluating mechanical failures, industrial accidents, and complex liability claims.
