Gerald V. Davino, II is the Managing Partner of the Connecticut Office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With nearly three decades of trial experience, Mr. Davino expertise lies in civil litigation, particularly specializing in workers' compensation defense.

Mr. Davino has extensive trial experience handling insurance claims, workers' compensation defense and subrogation matters, general litigation matters as well as experience in arbitration and mediation matters. In 2012, Mr. Davino received the prestigious designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) from the CLM's Litigation Management Institute held at Columbia University Law School.

Mr. Davino is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Workers' Compensation Section. He also belongs to the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Connecticut Farmington Valley Chapter. Mr. Davino is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).

Mr. Davino earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1994, building on his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Connecticut, which he received in 1991.

Mr. Davino is licensed to practice law in Connecticut. He was admitted to the Federal District Court of Connecticut in the fall of 1995 and passed the February 1996 Connecticut Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in Connecticut State Courts thereafter. He is also an inactive member of the California Bar Association, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of California (San Diego).

Mr. Davino's expertise is highly sought after, making him a renowned authority and engaging speaker on topics such as worker's compensation, trial strategy, and hearing tactics. He regularly meets with employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and brokers around the country about risk management issues, claims handling, defense strategies and general seminars covering Connecticut Workers' Compensation matters. He conducts seminars both in person and virtually.
