Grant T. Herrin is an associate attorney at the New Orleans Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he excels in handling personal injury defense, labor and employment law, and successions. His diverse practice also spans casualty insurance defense, property and coverage disputes, business and commercial litigation, administrative law, regulatory compliance, subrogation, contractual conflicts, civil litigation, and workers' compensation defense. 

With a decade of litigation experience under his belt, Mr. Herrin has achieved the prestigious AV™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. He has led the defense in a broad range of legal areas, including commercial casualty litigation, insurance coverage, subrogation, commercial litigation, workers' compensation, and personal injury cases. Mr. Herrin has a proven track record of defending organizational clients in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana and Texas, focusing on Fortune 500 companies and managing large loss exposures of up to $10 million. His expertise includes analyzing international insurance contracts to determine coverage and indemnity obligations in complex commercial litigation. 

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Mr. Herrin earned his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University A&M in 2007. He followed this with certifications from the Gemological Institute of America as a Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) and Accredited Jewelry Professional (A.J.P.) in 2008. He later attained his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2013, where he was named a Herschel and Charlotte Richard Scholar and served as Managing Editor for the Southern University Law Review for three years. 

Licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas, Mr. Herrin is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the Eastern District of Michigan.
