Gregg S. Malovany is the co-managing partner of the Basking Ridge office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he brings almost three decades of specialized expertise in workers' compensation defense. Since 1995, Mr. Malovany has been dedicated to guiding clients through all phases of workers' compensation defense litigation, representing a diverse clientele including public entities, private clients, and insurance companies.
With a proven record of accomplishments, Mr. Malovany previously held the role of co-managing partner at a reputable law firm, where he skillfully managed a wide range of responsibilities. His duties encompassed every aspect of litigation, from initial file preparation to settlements and trials. He maintained seamless communication between the firm and insurance representatives, ensuring compliance with reporting and billing requirements while also setting and maintaining reserves.
Mr. Malovany earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1994, where he was honored with the Pro Bono Service Award for his dedication to serving the community. Before law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (inactive), Mr. Malovany is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr., Inn of Court.
