Hailey Hester is an associate in the Naples Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., with a practice focused on representing clients in matters involving general liability, premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.
Ms. Hester manages an active caseload, handling matters from early case evaluation through resolution. Her experience includes regularly serving as first-chair attorney on approximately 25 to 30 litigation matters at any given time, demonstrating her ability to independently manage complex files while maintaining strategic oversight throughout the life of a case. In her prior role, she led case development, coordinated discovery and motion practice, conducted and defended depositions, and prepared matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial. She also performed liability and damages assessments, worked closely with clients and insurance professionals, led pre-deposition conferences and site inspections, and drafted and responded to discovery and dispositive motions.
Before attending law school, Ms. Hester earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Food and Nutrition, from the University of Alabama in 2021. She later received her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law.
Ms. Hester is licensed to practice law in Florida.
