Hannah L. Bivins is Of Counsel with the firm's Business, Financial Services & Real Estate Division in Michigan. Ms. Bivins provides End to End Default legal services. In addition to default legal services, her areas of practice include employment law, estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, elder law, collections, and providing litigation support. She began working with Quintairos, Prieto, Wood and Boyer, P.A., in 2019.

Prior to opening her solo firm, Hannah L. Bivins, PLC, Ms. Bivins worked for several years at a small law firm in Battle Creek, Michigan. During law school, Ms. Bivins worked in public service as a law clerk in the License Enforcement Unit of the City of Chicago's Department of Law and served as an extern to the Honorable Federal District Court Judge Enslen, of the Western District of Michigan. 

Ms. Bivins received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Michigan State University in 2005. Ms. Bivins was awarded an Honors at Entrance Scholarship from Loyola University Chicago. She also received CALI Awards for earning the highest grades in her Legal Writing and Criminal Procedure classes and was selected as a Legal Writing Tutor at Loyola.

Ms. Bivins has been licensed to practice law in Michigan since 2009. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan including the Bankruptcy Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Kalamazoo County Bar Association. 

In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Bivins has demonstrated a commitment to community service. Her volunteer service has included participating in the Law Related Education Program at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center in Chicago, serving as a Committee Member of the Arts and Culture Grant Making Committee of the Battle Creek Community Foundation, and serving on the boards of the Music Center of South Central Michigan, the Calhoun County Estate Planner's Counsel and Jack and Jill Cooperative Preschool. Ms. Bivins and her family live in the Kalamazoo area.
