Hannah J. McFadden is a partner and Supervising Attorney for Midwest Default Legal Services in the Chicago office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.’s Business, Financial Services & Real Estate Division. She is responsible for default legal services in the firm’s Midwest footprint. Ms. McFadden represents clients in all aspects of default legal services, including, foreclosures; REO transactions; bankruptcy and creditors’ rights; loan workouts; and title insurance matters and closings.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. McFadden was a partner and founder of her law practice in Chicago. She managed the law firm’s day-to-day operations for offices in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Previously, she was managing attorney of a foreclosure default litigation law firm where she provided legal, title, settlement and closing services for large caseloads. Ms. McFadden commenced private practice in 2010 as an associate attorney with a Chicago law office where she handled foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and collections; she negotiated and executed loan modifications, consent foreclosures, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, forbearance agreements, repayment plans, and title services.
Ms. McFadden received her Juris Doctor from John Marshall School of Law, Chicago, Illinois in May 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida in May 2005.
She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin.
