Hannah Parker is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Parker manages cases from inception through resolution, providing comprehensive litigation strategy recommendations and coverage analysis to insurance carriers. Her practice focuses on first-party property and general liability, with experience spanning multiple facets of civil litigation, including premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage disputes.
Ms. Parker is a skilled litigator with significant experience in both the courtroom and the discovery process. She has successfully argued numerous motions in court, including Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss, and has extensive deposition experience. Her technical background includes drafting complex dispositive motions and pleadings, evaluating case exposure, and negotiating settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Parker gained valuable experience across diverse aspects of personal injury and general liability litigation. Additionally, her early career as a litigation paralegal provided her with a foundational understanding of medical record analysis and client communication.
In 2023, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law, where she was a member of the Advanced Earth and Environmental Law Clinic. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of South Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University. Committed to service, she previously volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the interests of children within the legal system.
