Heather N. Powers is an associate in the Farmington Hills office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. She has extensive experience independently managing high-volume dockets and defending complex matters, including catastrophic claims and uninsured/underinsured motorist actions. Her practice focuses on personal injury protection (PIP) and insurance defense litigation, specifically involving No-Fault first-party, third-party, and medical provider actions.

Ms. Powers is skilled in all phases of the litigation lifecycle. Her professional background includes providing legal counsel to insurance adjusters, developing strategic litigation plans, and conducting comprehensive discovery practice and management. She is experienced in taking and defending depositions, negotiating disputes, and representing clients in both courtroom proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Powers has a strong foundation in mentorship and legal management. She has previously been responsible for the training and supervision of associate attorneys, overseeing their dockets and professional development. She earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2020, where she was a recipient of the Governor's Scholar Award for academic achievement. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts, with high distinction, in Political Science and English from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2017.
