Heather N. Powers is an associate in the Farmington Hills office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. She has extensive experience independently managing high-volume dockets and defending complex matters, including catastrophic claims and uninsured/underinsured motorist actions. Her practice focuses on personal injury protection (PIP) and insurance defense litigation, specifically involving No-Fault first-party, third-party, and medical provider actions.
Ms. Powers is skilled in all phases of the litigation lifecycle. Her professional background includes providing legal counsel to insurance adjusters, developing strategic litigation plans, and conducting comprehensive discovery practice and management. She is experienced in taking and defending depositions, negotiating disputes, and representing clients in both courtroom proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
