Ingrid E. Nuss serves as Of Counsel for the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Nuss is an accomplished litigator with a successful trial record spanning over two decades, specializing in workers' compensation and insurance defense, particularly emphasizing cases involving automotive, trucking, and shipping matters. Throughout her legal career, she has skillfully managed numerous caseloads, mentored attorneys and support staff, and trained new legal professionals. Her unmatched ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds shines through, as she excels in navigating complex claims and preparing them for litigation.

Drawing on her extensive defense strategies, Ms. Nuss has leveraged her education to mediate civil disputes and provide counsel on worker's compensation matters across Georgia. In her previous role as a consulting attorney, she implemented a comprehensive system for managing workers' compensation caseloads, overseeing all active claims and providing detailed case summaries, legal issue identification, action plans, projected settlements, and recommended courses of action. She handles workers' compensation defense cases from inception to resolution, including liability evaluation, discovery responses, motion preparation, deposition conduct, settlement negotiation, and representation before Administrative Law Judges and the Appellate Board.

Ms. Nuss earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2001. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997, majoring in Architecture and minoring in Japanese. Notably, she spent a gap year teaching English in Japan between her undergraduate and law school studies.

Licensed to practice law in Georgia, Ms. Nuss is registered as a Neutral with the State of Georgia and is celebrated for her dynamic thinking and problem-solving skills. Beyond her practice, she channels her creativity into creating multi-media abstract paintings and sculptures, as well as undertaking residential and commercial interior design projects, from initial concept to realization.
