Iniv Gabay is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Gabay oversees a litigation team in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, contract litigation, commercial disputes, option to repair disputes, bad faith claims, disability, and life insurance litigation. He has represented clients in civil trial proceedings in a wide-range of litigation and casualty contexts pertaining to first and third party property damage, premise liability, slip and fall, automobile liability and wrongful death litigation. He also assists insurance companies with coverage decisions and policy interpretations.
Mr. Gabay has practiced in the areas of insurance defense and contract litigation since commencing private practice in 2007. He has also represented corporate clients in the areas of commercial breach of contract claims, corporate disputes, and bond claims. He is fluent in Hebrew.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Gabay was a partner with a South Florida insurance defense and general liability defense law firm where he managed the firm's Miami office operations including handling large insurance claim files at the law firm's multiple locations. He was also the founder of the law firm's Immigration Department.
Mr. Gabay received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2006, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, Toronto, Canada in July 2003 with a concentration in business, economics, and politics.
At Cooley Law, Mr. Gabay was awarded with Certificate of Merits for achieving the highest class grades in Pre-Trial Skills, Trials Skills, and Immigration Law. He graduated with a Certificate in Litigation Practice and participated in the mock and moot trial competitions. He served as Law Journal Articles Editor and Executive Board Member. He also served as Magistrate and Executive Member of the Board of Exam Appeals and received the Earl Dayton Award of Excellence.
Mr. Gabay is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and Washington, D.C. He is a member of The Florida Bar, New York State Bar and District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Gabay is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as a licensed Continuing Education Instructor. He has lectured at small and large insurance industry conferences on the topics of insurance case law updates, fraud, bad faith claims, depositions and civil discovery, and ethics. He was also recently a Presenter at the Windstorm Insurance Conference in New Orleans regarding Assignments of Benefits as they are affected by insurance policies.
