Jaclyn Flynn is an associate in the San Francisco Bay Area hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice on insurance defense, with extensive experience defending contractors in construction defect cases and representing rideshare drivers in auto accident claims. Ms. Flynn is passionate about supporting real estate and construction professionals through risk assessment and defense, leveraging her business insights and problem-solving skills to provide effective client support.
With nearly a decade of litigation experience, Ms. Flynn has developed a reputation for her strategic approach to resolving complex cases. She has successfully managed all aspects of litigation, from conducting discovery and drafting motions to negotiating settlements and advising clients on trial exposure. In addition to her litigation expertise, she has provided guidance to insurance adjusters, corporate counsel, and construction industry professionals, ensuring her clients receive tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Beyond litigation, Ms. Flynn's six years as a small business owner have given her an intimate understanding of the challenges her clients face, allowing her to deliver legal services that are both practical and impactful.
Ms. Flynn earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Political Science, cum laude, from Santa Clara University, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014, Ms. Flynn is a seasoned litigator who has been recognized on Super Lawyers' Rising Star list for 2023 and 2024. Her professional affiliations include pro bono work with the Justice & Diversity Center's Family Law Project, demonstrating her commitment to community service.
A licensed real estate professional, Ms. Flynn also brings a unique perspective to her practice through her experience in real estate development and contract negotiation. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys traveling, exploring new trails, and sharing her love of Irish dance as the founder and principal instructor of the Jackie Flynn Irish Dance Academy.
