Jameesha Rock is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She concentrates her practice on insurance defense, including medical malpractice defense, construction defects, and personal injury matters. Ms. Rock represents clients in both pre-litigation and litigation stages, providing comprehensive case strategy and client-focused solutions.

Before joining QPWB, Ms. Rock gained diverse experience in civil litigation, property law, and insurance defense. She has drafted a wide array of pleadings and motions, conducted depositions and examinations under oath, and advised clients on complex coverage and liability issues. Her background also includes work with legal aid, where she supported individuals and small businesses in landlord-tenant disputes, unfair housing, and eviction matters. This blend of litigation and community-based advocacy informs her well-rounded approach to client service.

Ms. Rock earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2023, where she graduated in the top 30% of her class. During law school, she served as an editor for the World Arbitration and Mediation Review, Vice President of the Federal Bar Association, and President of the Caribbean Student Bar Association. She was also recognized with the Wilkie D. Ferguson - H.T. Smith Scholarship and appeared on the Dean's List multiple times.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society, magna cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University's Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College, with a minor in Women's Studies. While there, she earned multiple scholarships, participated in moot court, and published them in the university's undergraduate law journal. Ms. Rock also holds an Associate of Arts, summa cum laude, from Palm Beach State College.

In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Rock is a published author in the Florida Atlantic University Law Review with her article One Call Away: 911 Abuse as a Weapon Against Minorities
