With more than two decades representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Gallagher has led high-exposure matters through all phases of litigation, including site investigations, expert witness development, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. His work often involves technical subject matter, such as destructive product examinations and origin-and-cause analysis, where he partners closely with engineers, fire investigators, and other professionals to build fact-driven cases.
