James M. Bejjani is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer P.A., specializing in representing insurers and individuals in intricate civil cases, guiding them through every stage of litigation from prefiling to trial. His practice encompasses a spectrum of areas, including prosecuting and defending malpractice actions involving attorneys, accountants, and service professionals, as well as handling real estate transactions, contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, personal injury actions, labor and employment issues, property damage claims, and wrongful death cases. 

Mr. Bejjani's experience covers various aspects of civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury defense, and business litigation, with a particular emphasis on personal injury cases. He has a proven track record in defending a diverse range of clients, including restaurants, bars, hotels, apartments, commercial retailers, tow truck operators, and long-haul drivers. Additionally, he offers strategic advice and counseling to businesses of all sizes, assisting them in drafting employee handbooks, new hire packets, and auditing wage statements. Noteworthy is his successful defense of employers in single plaintiff, class action, and Private Attorney General (PAGA) actions involving wage and labor violations, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. 

In 2015, Mr. Bejjani graduated from Fordham University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor, with honors, and served as the Notes and Articles Editor for the Environmental Law Review. Prior to his legal studies, he earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from the University of San Diego in 2010. 

Licensed to practice law in California, Mr. Bejjani is admitted to the Central and Southern Districts of California. His dedicated pro bono work includes the LACBA Domestic Violence Legal Services Project and serving as a volunteer mediator for the Los Angeles City Attorney.
