Jasmine W. Thomas is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mrs. Thomas is an experienced attorney with a diverse background representing both insurers and claimants in personal injury and workers' compensation matters. She focuses her practice in workers' compensation, insurance defense, and civil litigation.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Thomas has developed a comprehensive skill set in all phases of litigation, including drafting substantive pleadings, conducting and defending depositions of medical experts and claimants, and appearing before various judicial bodies. Her experience includes serving as second-chair at trials in defense of governmental agencies and effectively representing client interests before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission.
In 2014, Mrs. Thomas obtained her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. Prior to her legal studies, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Clemson University in 2011. Following law school, she gained valuable judicial insight serving as a law clerk to circuit court judges in South Carolina before entering private practice.
She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina.
