Jason P. Wright is a partner in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Wright has over 28 years handling complex civil litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He handles a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation before Georgia and Kentucky state courts. His practice involves the areas of insurance defense, torts, contract disputes, labor and employment including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and claims arising under employment agreement, covenants not-to-compete and wrongful discharge. His practice is also emphasized in the areas of corporate matters, environmental, construction claims, product liability, premise liability, general liability, personal injury actions, government representation and municipal utility law, creditors' rights, real estate litigation, and wills, trusts and estate matters. In addition, he handles administrative hearings and appeals, regulatory matters, including health care regulatory compliance and disputes.

Moreover, Mr. Wright has represented numerous parties in condemnation actions including declaration of taking, assessor panel, special master hearings and first-chair lead attorney in jury trials.

Mr. Wright advises in the formation of professional contracts, employment contracts and separation agreements, intellectual property matters, licensure actions, contract disputes and negotiation.

He has extensive experience in the defense of a wide range of medical specialties and related medical issues. He represents health care systems, hospitals, physicians, allied health providers, home health agencies, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long term care facilities in both state court and federal court and before state and federal agencies, in regulatory compliance issues and in administrative proceedings before local county and municipal government agencies. He is knowledgeable with Medicare/Medicaid auditing procedures, anti-kickback provisions, and implementing compliance programs.

Mr. Wright has favorably resolved many large cases. He has represented governmental agencies and municipalities, national corporations, small and local businesses, and individuals and entrepreneurs. His clients have included manufacturers of commercial and consumer products, banking, insurance, and providers of medical services and, construction contractors and project managers. For over 10 years, he worked as a partner with two Am Law 200 ranked law firms in Atlanta, Georgia; and was also a partner with other law firms in Atlanta. Prior to joining QPWB, as a skillful solo practitioner, he handled expansive representations before Georgia state and federal courts in the areas of complex civil litigation and has rendered advice and representation on a full range of procedural and substantive issues that arise among clients, agencies and other governmental units, and private interests.

He received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Government and Sociology from Western Kentucky University in 1992.

Mr. Wright is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Sixth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Bar Association, Litigation Section; Georgia Bar Association, Litigation and Eminent Domain Sections; Atlanta Bar Association, Law School Outreach Committee; Lawyer's Club of Atlanta, Events Committee; Leadership Bowling Green graduate.
