Jeanine-Marie Anty is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation, general liability, personal injury protection (PIP) claims, investigations, suspicious losses in automobile claims, staged accidents, medical recovery actions, fraudulent billing practices, insurance fraud claims, and insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Anty was an associate attorney with a Central Florida insurance defense law firm, where she handled litigation claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, including bodily injury and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. Her practice involved conducting depositions, mediations, and representing and advising corporate clients in the claims handling process. Ms. Anty also served as assistant public defender with the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, representing indigent clients in criminal traffic cases, D.U.I. and other misdemeanor offenses. After graduating from law school, she joined a law firm where she practiced family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
Ms. Anty received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in May 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Florida State University in May 2014.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida. Ms. Anty is also very proficient in Spanish.
