Jeffrey A. Rynor is a partner in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Rynor is a highly respected civil trial lawyer with decades of experience handling complex disputes for individuals, families, and businesses. A native Floridian, he is known for his courtroom presence, strategic judgment, and deep commitment to both his clients and the legal profession.
With a practice that reflects a balance of high-level litigation skills and community-centered leadership, Mr. Rynor focuses his practice on complex matrimonial and family law matters, real estate litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, and high-exposure civil litigation. He regularly represents national and international clients in Family Court, Federal Court, State Court, Probate Court, and appellate courts, including the Third District Court of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His experience includes successfully defending attorneys in legal malpractice cases, defeating state and federal court injunctions, and representing more than 100 companies in commercial litigation matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rynor has built a reputation for excellence in advocacy and ethics. He has been recognized as one of South Florida's Top Lawyers in civil litigation and matrimonial law, named among Florida's Super Lawyers, and honored as part of Florida's Legal Elite and Power Leaders. He has also received the highest ethical rating for legal ability and professional standards.
Mr. Rynor earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinction. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from George Washington University.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Mr. Rynor's leadership within his community is extensive. He has served on the governing board of Florida's legal profession, chaired the committee responsible for overseeing bar finances, and previously led the investment oversight committee to ensure long-term financial stability. His service also includes work on disciplinary and equal opportunity committees, expanding access to leadership and advancement within the legal field. He is the author of a leading legal treatise section on comparative negligence in Florida and has received statewide recognition for his work advancing access to legal services.
Additionally, Mr. Rynor has served as president of a major county bar association, chaired multiple standing committees, and served on editorial and advisory boards. His commitment to service extends beyond the legal profession into civic leadership, where he has been honored for charitable work, youth mentorship, and community service. He has led organizations focused on supporting at-risk youth, education, cultural institutions, and historic preservation, earning both regional and national recognition for his efforts.
