Jeffrey H. Ballin serves as Of Counsel in the Las Vegas Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Ballin focuses his practice on insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and medical malpractice litigation. His extensive background across multiple jurisdictions allows him to deliver a seasoned approach to complex matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ballin has represented individuals, businesses, contractors, and design professionals in state and federal courts across Nevada, New York, South Carolina, and Texas. His work includes extensive experience managing high exposure cases through trial, arbitration, and mediation, achieving successful outcomes for a wide range of clients. His litigation background spans construction-related claims, general liability disputes, product liability actions, and professional malpractice defense.
Mr. Ballin earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1985 and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Hofstra University School of Business in 1991, majoring in finance. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in 1983, graduating cum laude with a major in history and a minor in music.
Licensed to practice law in Nevada, New York, South Carolina, and Texas, Mr. Ballin is admitted to the Federal District Court of Nevada and the Federal District Court of New York.
