Jennell Loper is an associate in the Orlando hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Loper represents and advises clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on medical malpractice defense, personal injury, product liability, insurance claims, and wrongful death cases.
Ms. Loper has extensive experience investigating, defending, and independently managing a robust caseload of over 800 personal injury protection (PIP) lawsuits. As in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest insurance carriers, she adeptly prepared dispositive motions and memoranda, and provided strategic legal analysis in preparation for civil hearings and trials across various Florida circuit courts. Over nearly five years, she conducted thorough fact-finding investigations, negotiated settlements, and delivered complex legal opinions, both written and oral.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Loper represented clients in Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidations and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, guiding them from case inception through debt discharge. Her experience in managing high-volume cases also extended to foreclosure defense and related legal matters, representing both debtors and creditors.
After graduating from Florida A&M University with a degree in Political Science, Ms. Loper went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University, College of Law in 2015.
Ms. Loper is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
